Position Overview:

Tesla is actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Application Support Analyst to join its fast-paced and innovative Application Support team. As a member of this team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Tesla’s software infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of end-to-end integration and support for Tesla's internal software application systems.
• Collaborate directly with software developers and business users to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Handle support tickets from global business users efficiently and professionally.
• Develop workarounds for high-priority issues and document effective troubleshooting processes.
• Implement automation and monitoring strategies to improve the performance and reliability of the application systems.
• Lead incident response during critical production issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to restore services quickly.

Key Technical Skills:

SQL, Python, Go, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, API Integration, Incident Management, Defect Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with proven exceptional ability.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in support engineering for enterprise-level, distributed systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• At least 1 year of programming experience in Python, Go, or similar development language.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Familiarity with incident and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of integrated systems and APIs.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
